New Articles of Association and Bylaws Adopted
During the ISLRR General Membership Meetings held on 10 and 11 September 2025 in Florence, ISLRR Members approved the amendment of the Articles of Association and the adoption of a new set of Bylaws. These changes have since been formally executed in a notarial deed and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce.
The updated governance framework modernises ISLRR’s organisational structure, enables online meetings and voting where legally permitted, and provides clearer guidance for the Board. The former Executive Committee has been formally redefined as an Advisory Committee, reflecting ISLRR’s current way of working and clarifying roles and responsibilities.
